This option is the most bespoke and prestegious option I can offer at this time. It is a 15 week regime which will be constantly updated. I only accept 5 athletes at any onetime on this program to make sure that everyone has all the effort that I can possibly put in.
- Week 1, we will test and talk about your goals. I will then write you a plan to carry out for 4 weeks from 3-6 sessions a week depending on your availability, goals and timeframe.
- Week 5 we will then re test and I will update your program for weeks 6-9.
- Finally on week 10 we will test again one final time and I will update your program again to suit your current abilities and work in the most optimal way towards what is now OUR aim.
- Every single aspect of this plan is individual to you and your goals. Nothing is guessed from the weight reps or seconds of a lift or run.
- Everything is worked out mathematically and scientifically to provide you with an unrivalled coaching experience.
- Also included in this option you will get me on 24/7 support for any questions or form checks or anything you may need to ask. I can also provide videos of correct form if required.
- Finally this option also includes nutritional guidance in the sense of daily calorie intake and macro nutrient breakdowns ie protein carbs and fats
- Everything on this plan is fully custom to you, your goal and current abilities.
