A healthy lifestyle starts with a fit body. As your fitness trainer I will identify your fitness goals, design a program that fits your needs and lead you through every workout.
I am currently training as a personal trainer making waves with my innovating methods and training techniques. Throughout my life, I have always had a background in fitness - whether that be being finishing 4th in the UK kickboxing WTKA Open Championships when I was 11 to being an unbeaten amateur Muay Thai fighter at 18, a short spell in the UK Armed forces at 20 to now coaching some of the country's best athletes at 22.

You may wonder why you should invest in yourself, through me, as I am still earning my qualification, well the answer is this - in the simplest of terms, you will benefit from much cheaper prices than a fully qualified personal trainer but receive the same service - as all of my plans are sent to my tutor before my athlete and checked over. This is essentially giving you a plan from a personal trainer with over 30years in the industry for a fraction of the price. Between my tutors' experience and my new ideas and modern way of thinking you will receive the best training plan and coaching on the market.

Here are some reasons why you should trust my techniques, albeit still working towards my formal qualifications I have a training age, at just 22 years old, much higher than most experienced PTs have in their whole career. I first walked into a commercial gym when I was 16.I made this decision due to being much smaller than all my peers, as had been the case throughout my life. I was born 6 weeks prematurely weighing just over 4lbs. I was a fighter from day 1. All through childhood, even with all my fitness endeavours I had always been small and skinny. At 16 I decided enough was enough and I wanted to gain some lean muscle mass. I walked into the gym not knowing what to do and being scared of looking silly. Looking back now I wish that I had worked with a PT straight away, but I didn't have my first session up until I was 20. This was a game changer for me and has thus driven me on to earn my own qualifications to help transform other people's lives like I worked tirelessly to do to mine.

As your coach, I will run through walls to get you the results that you want, the only thing that I ask is that you are also willing to run through walls to achieve those results as one of my athletes.
