DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

Nutritional guidance is included with any of my bespoke training plans, however if you're also wanting a fully customised meal plan, then the best option is to purchase my full Elite Athlete training package as this will provide you with your best value for your hard-earned money.

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

I appreciate that not everyone has access to a commercial gym. although below optimal, at home you cannot go wrong with resistance bands and body weight. If you wanted to push yourself to the next level, you may consider investing in interchangeable dumbbells and maybe a barbell. However, the cost of this can soon add up so I recommend a gym membership if possible.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

Lots of trainers are guilty of dishing out generalised training plans to clients or 'guesstimating' weights and reps. My plans are different. Every single exercise, weight, rep and set has been carefully worked out using a combination of my experience, maths and science to provide you, the athlete, with the most suited workout for you and your goals. No two of my plans are the same and everything is 100% individualised to you, your ability, your timeframe and your goal. Not only this but I am on hand 24/7 to respond to any queries or questions of my athletes, whether that checking your form via video or guidance on performing exercises. With me nothing is left to chance.
